Pacoma Europe Commercieel technisch medewerker binnendienst m/v (24-32 uur) Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst word je samen met je collega's de spil in het verkoopproces. Je ondersteunt de buitendienst medewerkers, verwerkt orders in AFAS en calculeert en maakt offertes en volgt die op. Je staat klanten telefonisch te woord en geeft ze advies op het gebied van verpakkingsmachines en materialen. Je afdeling bestaat uit vier collega's op de verkoop binnendienst die het sociale aspect hoog in het vaandel hebben staan. Verder schakel je direct met de inkoper/teamleider binnendienst (V). Je rapporteert aan de salesmanager. Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je niet alleen bezig met het verkoopproces, maar ook relatiebeheer is belangrijk. Zo ben jij op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen bij de klant. Met jouw proactieve houding en commerciële drive weet je opdrachten binnen te halen. Je werk is voor ruim de helft het verwerken van alle inkomende vragen en verzoeken per email en telefoon. De rest van je werktijd benader je actief klanten per telefoon en e-mail. Het spreekt jou dus aan om servicegericht aan de slag te gaan. Je komt terecht in een platte en informele organisatie. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid voelt om jouw functie zelfstandig in te vullen met jouw werkzaamheden. Pacoma Europe BV is importeur van diverse soorten eindverpakkingsmachines alsmede groothandelaar in diverse soorten verpakkingsmaterialen. We zijn een kleine informele organisatie waar collega's altijd voor elkaar klaar staan en er steeds tijd is voor een praatje en een lolletje, zolang de belangen van de klant maar voorop blijven staan. We proberen steeds samen met alle collega's van de binnen- en de buitendienst tot gezonde groei en oplossingen te komen. Dagelijks een gezamenlijke lunch en iedere vrijdag iets eerder stoppen met werken om ook bij wat lekkers te kunnen bijpraten over andere dingen dan we...
