Deze gevestigde KMO is al bijna 100 jaar actief binnen bouw en interieur en werkt uitsluitend met kwalitatieve topmerken uit Italië en Spanje. Vanuit een ruime, lichtrijke showroom in regio Wevelgem bedient het team zowel professionele klanten als particuliere bouwers en verbouwers.

De onderneming wordt geleid door twee betrokken zaakvoerders die dicht bij het team staan en snel beslissingen nemen. Gedrevenheid, kwaliteit en open feedback zijn belangrijk: collega's durven elkaar scherp te houden om samen beter te worden. Die aanpak zorgt voor stabiliteit, met verschillende medewerkers die hier al 15 tot 20 jaar werken.

Vandaag groeit de organisatie sterk en willen ze ook commercieel een volgende stap zetten.

Als commercieel verantwoordelijke bouw je verder aan de positie van de onderneming in de markt. Je beheert niet alleen bestaande relaties, maar creëert actief nieuwe opportuniteiten en weet verschillende professionele doelgroepen aan je te binden.

  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met architecten, vloerders, aannemers, bouwpromotoren en andere professionele klanten.
  • Je prospecteert actief en zet commerciële kansen om in concrete samenwerkingen.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klanten en detecteert nieuwe projecten en behoeften.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de onderneming professioneel en versterkt de zichtbaarheid van het merk.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en concurrentie op en vertaalt deze naar commerciële acties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de collega's in de showroom en helpt hen commerciële kansen sterker te benutten.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je klanten en bewaakt een professionele opvolging van eerste contact tot samenwerking.

Je krijgt daarbij veel zelfstandigheid. Initiatief wordt verwacht en goede ideeën kunnen snel worden omgezet in actie.

Gedreven salesprofiel met maturiteit

Je bent commercieel scherp, resultaatgericht en bouwt tegelijk graag relaties uit die verder gaan dan een snelle verkoop. Je weet wanneer je moet doorpakken, maar begrijpt ook dat vertrouwen in deze sector essentieel is.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen B2B-sales, accountmanagement of business development. Ervaring binnen bouw, interieur, materialen of een technische omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma.
  • Je bent ondernemend en wacht niet tot opportuniteiten vanzelf ontstaan.
  • Je combineert actieve prospectie met sterk relatiebeheer.
  • Je communiceert vlot met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners, van vakman tot architect of bouwpromotor.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en kunt klanten in beide talen professioneel telefonisch verder helpen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt van duidelijke doelstellingen.
  • Je bent leergierig, gedreven en voldoende matuur om zowel feedback te geven als te ontvangen.
