In Hoofddorp krijg je het eerste zonder het tweede: een vestiging die je mag laten groeien, met de inkoopkracht, de voorraad en de merken van Kemp Groep achter je. Jouw rol bij Huur&Stuur als onderdeel van Kemp Groep Huur&Stuur verhuurt grondverzet en wegenbouwmaterieel aan bedrijven. Geen particulieren, alleen vakmensen die weten wat ze nodig hebben. Met onze nieuwe vestiging in Hoofddorp hebben we een sterke uitvalsbasis in de regio Amsterdam, goed bereikbaar voor bestaande relaties en nieuwe klanten. Er zit een monteur op de vestiging en het terrein staat vol materieel. Jij wordt de dragende kracht van die vestiging, en hoe groot die wordt hangt voor een flink deel van jou af. Dat begint met werk binnenhalen. De aannemers, loonwerkers en infrabedrijven hier in de buurt moeten weten dat wij er zitten en wat wij hebben staan. Dus ga je erop af, sta je op de bouwplaats en zorg je dat mensen jou bellen als er iets nodig is. Daarna is het jouw vestiging. Kom je erachter dat er in de regio veel vraag is naar een bepaald type machine, dan trek je aan de bel en kijken we wat we kunnen regelen. Zie je kansen om het huurproces te verbeteren, dan krijg je de ruimte om je ideeën aan te dragen en ze verder uit te werken. En zoals in elke eigen zaak doe je alles wat er gedaan moet worden. Dus loop je aan het eind van de middag ook zelf naar buiten om een machine af te spuiten voordat de klant hem ophaalt. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Je gaat de regio in, spreekt klanten op locatie en zorgt dat Huur&Stuur Hoofddorp bekend staat als de plek waar je terecht kunt; - Je adviseert aannemers, loonwerkers en infrabedrijven over de machine en de uitrustingsstukken die bij hun klus passen en legt dat vast in offertes, huurcontra...
