Voor een groeiend familiebedrijf actief in de verhuur van technische machines zoeken wij een Commercieel Verhuurmedewerker. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar klanten dagelijks rekenen op professioneel advies, snelle opvolging en een correcte planning.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de verhuur van onder andere hoogwerkers, schaarliften, heftrucks en andere industriële machines voor klanten binnen de bouw, industrie, nutssector en petrochemie.

Als Commercieel Verhuurmedewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat elke verhuuraanvraag van A tot Z correct wordt opgevolgd. Je combineert commerciële feeling met technische interesse en organisatietalent.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je beheert verhuuraanvragen van klanten en volgt deze volledig op
  • Je luistert naar de noden van de klant en adviseert over de meest geschikte machine en toepassing
  • Je maakt offertes op en verwerkt verhuurcontracten
  • Je volgt de beschikbaarheid en inzetbaarheid van het machinepark op
  • Je coördineert de planning van transporten naar klanten
  • Je stuurt de chauffeurs aan en zorgt voor een vlotte levering en ophaling van machines
  • Je volgt ook langdurige verhuurcontracten mee op
  • Je onderhoudt klantencontacten en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen of wijzigingen
  • Je schakelt snel wanneer er dringende aanvragen of wijzigingen zijn

Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerder en collega’s binnen het team. Je krijgt hierbij veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen verhuur, planning, logistiek of commerciële binnendienst
  • Ervaring met de verhuur van machines of materialen is een sterke troef (bv. hoogwerkers, bouwmachines, rollend materieel, rentalbedrijven)
  • Je hebt technische interesse en wil graag bijleren over machines en toepassingen
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kan snel schakelen en durft beslissingen nemen
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent administratief sterk
  • Je kan vlot werken met ERP-systemen (ervaring met Business Central is een plus)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans voor de communicatie met chauffeurs en klanten
  • Een VCA-attest of kennis van veiligheid/preventie is mooi meegenomen
