Als commercieel verkoopmedewerker help je klanten om van hun huis een écht thuis te maken. Zonwering en raamdecoratie zijn daarin onmisbaar - en jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk goed advies daarbij is. Je informeert klanten telefonisch, via mail én in onze showroom. Natuurlijk zorgen wij voor een uitgebreide inwerkperiode en alle productkennis die je nodig hebt. Wat je werk zo afwisselend maakt? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject: van het opstellen van offertes en het controleren van bestellingen tot het oplossen van knelpunten. Je werkt met een eigen persoonlijk klantenbestand waarvoor jij contactpersoon bent. Je denkt mee met de klant, hebt oog voor detail en krijgt energie van tevreden mensen. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een commerciële/verkoopgerichte functie; - Je bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en enthousiast; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift; - Je hebt affiniteit met interieur en vindt het leuk om hierin te adviseren; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen met technische vragen over elektrische zonwering; - Je leert snel, ook als het gaat om systemen en online besteltools; - Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 28 uur per week. Een fulltime dienstverband is eveneens mogelijk; - Je werkt 2x per maand op zaterdag van 10:00 tot 16:00 uur.
