Technigroup is een erkend koeltechnisch bedrijf gevestigd in Herentals, gespecialiseerd in industriële koeling, HVAC (heating, ventilation & airconditioning), warmtepompen en explosieveilige installaties. Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring en een team van meer dan 80 koeltechniekers, bieden wij betrouwbare oplossingen, snelle service en hoogwaardig onderhoud aan zowel lokale als internationale bedrijven in diverse sectoren, waaronder de voedingsindustrie, (petro)chemie, metallurgie, nucleaire sector en duurzame energie. Wie zoeken we?

Een Technigrouper met commerciële flair die samen met de sales collega’s actief nieuwe relaties uitbouwt, een stevig netwerk creëert en potentiële klanten overtuigt om voor ons te kiezen. Je brengt onze waarde propositie tot bij de juiste doelgroepen en vertaalt commerciële kansen naar tastbare groei.

Takenpakket:

  • Gerichte klantenwerving: Met commerciële aanpak voer je gesprekken die onze waarde propositie voor klanten en prospecten duidelijk maakt. Je benadert partijen die passen in onze commerciële strategie;
  • Netwerken en relatiebeheer: Je bouwt en onderhoudt een stevig netwerk. Door regelmatige contacten en proactieve opvolging, verstevig je de samenwerking met bestaande klanten en ben je top of mind bij onze prospecten;
  • Offerte, onderhandelingen & closing: je stelt overtuigende voorstellen op, onderhandelt voorwaarden en rondt deals af met oog voor win‑win;
  • Representatie: je bent een zichtbaar gezicht op relevante events en werkt mee aan acties die onze naamsbekendheid vergroten;
  • ERP & Rapportages: Beheer van klantgegevens in ERP-systeem en rapportering.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt commerciële flair en weet je prioriteiten te stellen in functie van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen;
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelor diploma;
  • Je hebt een aantoonbaar track record in B2B verkoop met bewezen resultaat in het uitbouwen van een netwerk en het converteren van prospects naar klanten;
  • Resultaatgericht & volhardend: je werkt doelbewust naar targets en laat je niet afschrikken door een “nee”;
  • Affiniteit met onze sector is een pluspunt, alsook algemene technische affiniteit, maar geen noodzaak.
