Commercieel Werkvoorbereider Keukenherstel Utrecht Dit kun jij verwachten! Je komt te werken bij een dynamisch bedrijf binnen de wereld van schadeherstel. Dagelijks worden mensen geholpen bij het herstellen van brand- en waterschades aan hun keuken. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo afwisselend. Als Commercieel Werkvoorbereider Keukenherstel ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, de collega's buiten en de organisatie. Jij zorgt dat alles goed wordt voorbereid en geregeld voordat de werkzaamheden starten. Van het maken van afspraken en opstellen van schaderapporten tot het bewaken van de planning: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat verwachtingen duidelijk zijn. Wat je verder kunt verwachten: - Een salaris tussen €3.200 en €3.800 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; - Een afwisselende en uitdagende functie; - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid; - Werken in een betrokken en professioneel team; - Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie; - Werken vanuit een dynamische werkomgeving in Utrecht. Dit ga jij doen Als Commercieel Werkvoorbereider ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van keukenherstelprojecten van A tot Z. Je hebt veel contact met klanten, maar bent ook volop bezig met de voorbereiding en administratieve afhandeling van projecten. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het contact met klanten. Omdat het vaak gaat om schade aan een keuken, bevinden klanten zich niet altijd in de meest prettige situatie. Jij weet daarom goed te luisteren, toont begrip en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord en goed geholpen voelen.
