Klinkt dit als jouw nieuwe uitdaging? dit ga je doen Je komt terecht in team Commercieel Winkelbeeld, het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de invulling en optimalisatie van de belangrijkste commerciële ruimtes binnen HEMA. Denk hierbij aan promoruimtes, seizoensruimtes, impulsmanden, kassaslangen en andere commerciële presentaties in de winkel. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat deze ruimtes klanten inspireren, bijdragen aan een prettige winkelervaring én commerciële resultaten realiseren. Je gaat veel samenwerken met collega's van onder andere category management, supply chain, operations en format. Tijdens je stage denk je mee over assortimentspresentaties en help je bij het vertalen van commerciële plannen, promoties en campagnes naar inspirerende winkelpresentaties. Je bezoekt regelmatig winkels om te beoordelen hoe presentaties in de praktijk uitpakken en om inspiratie op te doen voor nieuwe ideeën. Daarnaast onderzoek je trends in retail en kijk je hoe concurrenten hun commerciële ruimtes inzetten. Ook ondersteun je bij het analyseren van resultaten van promoties en presentaties. Je onderzoekt welke invullingen goed werken, waar kansen liggen en hoe we onze commerciële ruimtes verder kunnen optimaliseren. Zo combineer je creativiteit, commercieel inzicht en analyse in een stage waarbij je jouw ideeën direct terugziet in onze winkels.
