Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als commerciële binnendienst?

  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen op van A tot Z.
  • Facturen opmaken en controleren, zowel aankoop als verkoop.
  • Sales ondersteunen bij commerciële en administratieve taken.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en transportpartners.
  • Leveringen opvolgen en klanten tijdig informeren bij wijzigingen.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bij export en transportdocumenten.
  • Je behandelt vragen en lost problemen rond orders en leveringen op.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan planning en supply chain waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de volledige administratieve opvolging en zoekt actief naar oplossingen wanneer iets niet klopt.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in een commerciële of administratieve binnendienstfunctie.
  • Cijfermatig sterk en nauwkeurig, met een goede feeling voor facturatie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met logistiek, transport en internationale klanten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Frans en Engels en bent vertrouwd met digitale systemen.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ervan om zaken effectief aan te pakken.
