Als Sales Liaison ben jij de onmisbare spilfiguur tussen de klant, verkoop, productieplanning en logistiek.

Vanaf het moment dat een bestelling binnenkomt tot aan de uiteindelijke levering stuur jij het proces strak aan.

Met jouw proactieve communicatie, commerciele feeling en organisatietalent zorg je ervoor dat klantorders vlekkeloos en tijdig worden opgeleverd en dat de klanttevredenheid naar het hoogste niveau wordt getild!

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring binnen customer service, order management, supply chain of logistieke administratie.
  • Je communiceert uitstekend en spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels, Frans en Duits.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van ERP-systemen en MS Office.
  • Je bent uitermate klantgericht, servicegericht ingesteld en hebt gevoel voor urgentie.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit, die administratief sterk en accuraat werkt.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Verwerken, inplannen en opvolgen van klantorders voor producten afkomstig uit vestigingen in Belgie en de VS.
  • Maken van heldere afspraken over levertermijnen, rekening houdend met de productiecapaciteit en klantverwachtingen.
  • Organiseren en coordineren van internationale transporten (uit Belgie en de Verenigde Staten).
  • Proactief informeren van klanten bij eventuele vertragingen en zoeken naar creatieve oplossingen (zoals luchttransport).
  • Beheren en actualiseren van verkoopprognoses (customer forecasts).
  • Opvolgen van betalingen voor klanten die werken met cash in advance of letters of credit.
  • Beheren van verkoopprijzen, klantgegevens, transportinstructies en levervoorwaarden in het ERP-systeem.
  • Intensief samenwerken met verkoopkantoren, accountmanagers, productieplanning en de logistieke afdeling.
  • Bouwen aan duurzame klantrelaties en actief bijdragen aan de duurzaamheids- en ISO-richtlijnen.
