Je functie als business unit builder Voor onze business unit ZZP zoeken we een Business Unit Builder (BUB). Binnen deze business unit bemiddelen we zelfstandige professionals binnen de bouw en techniek. De ambitie is helder: verder groeien, grotere accounts uitbouwen en onze positie als toonaangevende speler in de ZZP-markt versterken. Deze rol draait om 3 belangrijke onderdelen; Je bouwt aan klanten, Je bouwt een team, Je bouwt aan onze propositie. Je bent hands on en staat midden in de operatie. Je bezoekt klanten, spreekt zzp'ers, sluit deals en bent zichtbaar in de markt. Tegelijkertijd kijk je naar het grotere plaatje. Hoe kunnen we slimmer werken? Hoe verbeteren we onze dienstverlening? Hoe laten we ons team groeien en ons online platform verder ontwikkelen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitbouwen van bestaande relaties en strategische accounts - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële kansen binnen bouw en techniek - Werven en bemiddelen van zzp'ers - Coachen en ontwikkelen van collega's - Verbeteren van processen en werkwijzen - Sturen op omzet, marge en groei van de business unit - Meebouwen aan de toekomst van Flox Je arbeidsvoorwaarden Bij Flox delen we het succes met elkaar.
