Als commerciële klantendienstmedewerker help je klanten verder met hun vragen, maar denk je tegelijkertijd commercieel mee. Je luistert naar de klant, geeft advies en speelt actief in op commerciële opportuniteiten.

Jouw taken

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over hun contract en factuur.
  • Je helpt klanten op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier verder.
  • Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je zoekt naar een passende oplossing en geeft advies.
  • Je informeert klanten over het commerciële aanbod van Luminus.
  • Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en durft hier actief op in te spelen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.

Jouw profiel

  • Een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid is een absolute must.
  • Sales is dus een must
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen sales, commerciële klantendienst of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en overtuigend.
  • Je vindt het leuk om klanten te adviseren én commerciële voorstellen te doen.
  • Je bent niet bang om een commercieel gesprek aan te gaan en een aanbod actief voor te stellen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Bij twijfel over de schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands kan een schriftelijke taaltest Nederlands worden afgenomen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met computersystemen.
  • Je bent beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag, tussen 08u00 en 18u00.
  • Je beschikt over een eigen pc/laptop met Windows 11 indien je gebruik wilt maken van thuiswerk
