The posting

En tant que commis de comptoir polyvalente, vous participez au bon fonctionnement de la station-service et à la satisfaction des clients. Votre rôle est essentiel : vous préparez les sandwichs, assurez la mise en place, servez les clients avec attention et veillez à la propreté de l'espace de travail et du magasin.

Votre mission

Ouverture

  • Vous êtes responsable du rangement et de la propreté de votre espace de travail,
  • Vous participez à la mise en place et à la préparation du service
  • Vous réceptionnez, contrôlez les marchandises et les stocks
  • Vous participez à la préparation des différents plats et préparations
  • Vous assurez la réception des livraisons des marchandises
  • Vous mettez en place les boissons en rayon et vous lancez la machine à café

Durant le service

  • Vous accueillez la clientèle et assurez la vente au comptoir de nos produits
  • Vous conseillez et informer nos clients sur nos produits et propositions
  • Vous prenez les commandes des clients au comptoir
  • Vous dressez et préparez nos sandwichs, pâtes, plats, etc. pour les servir aux clients
  • Vous préparez et servez les boissons, cafés, thés, etc.

Fermeture

  • Vous effectuez l'entretien et le nettoyage du poste de travail, des ustensiles, des équipements ou de la cuisine ainsi que la gestion des déchets
  • Vous emballer les préparations, les produits, les étiqueter (date de fabrication, DLC) et les rangez en chambre froide, en réserve
  • Vous veillez à l'ordre et à la propreté du comptoir et de la salle
  • Vous êtes motivé, dynamique et souriant
  • Vous avez un sens commercial inné et êtes orienté client
  • Minutieux vous suivez les directives établis avec rigueur
  • A l'écoute vous êtes précis dans la réalisations de votre mission
  • Vous travaillez dans le respect des bonnes pratiques et des consignes d'hygiène
  • Vous êtes à l'aise à l'oral, en français, tout autre langue est bienvenue
  • Une ambiance familiale et bienveillante
  • Un accompagnement réel dès le premier jour
  • Un poste concret, dynamique, avec des responsabilités variées
  • La possibilité d'évoluer dans un cadre stable et humain
  • Contrat CDD (3/6mois) en vue d'un CDI-e
