Für unser ARCOTEL Nike in Linz suchen wir ab sofort 1 Commis de Cuisine (m./w.) Suchen Sie nach einer spannenden Möglichkeit, Ihre Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie zum Ausdruck zu bringen?

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem Küchenchef und dem Rest des Teams zusammen, um qualitativ hochwertige Speisen zuzubereiten, die unseren Gästen ein unvergessliches Geschmackserlebnis bieten.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Vorbereiten von Zutaten, das Zubereiten von Speisen nach Rezept und Anweisung, sowie die Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Wenn Sie über eine Leidenschaft für das Kochen verfügen, eine positive Arbeitseinstellung haben und gerne Teil eines dynamischenTeams sind, dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie in unserem Küchenteam willkommen zu heißen.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 2.159.- EUR (40 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bietet die ARCOTEL Gruppe die Möglichkeit, ein überdurchschnittliches und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt zu erhalten.

IHRE ROLLE

* Zubereitung und Anrichten von kalten und warmen Speisen für Buffets, Menüs, Bankettveranstaltungen, à la carte und Roomservice

* Sie haben Ihre Posten voll im Griff und sorgen mit Ihren Kollegen dafür, dass alles zeitgleich auf die Teller gebracht wird

* Sie behalten einen kühlen Kopf, auch wenn der Bondrucker nicht still steht

* Sie bereiten selbstständig Ihr Mise en Place vor und räumen danach auch wieder auf

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Kochlehre oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

* Sie haben Spaß daran, auf verschiedenen Posten zu arbeiten - egal ob im à-la-carte-, Frühstücks-, Tages- oder Abendgeschäft

* Lust, Neues zu lernen, und Geduld, wenn es doch mal eine Prise zu viel Salz war.
