Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen / eine 1 Commis de Cuisine (m./w./x.) VORGESETZTE/ VORGESETZTER: Chef de Partie (w./m./d.)

Zusätzlich weisungsbefugt: Küchenchefin bzw. Küchenchef , Clubdirektion (CD)

ZIELSETZUNG DER STELLE:

* Zubereitung und Präsentation alle Produkte des eigenen Postens

* Umsetzung des Food Rasters und der Angebotsstandards

AUFGABEN - UND VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH:

* Herstellung der Speisen auf der zugeteilten Partie

* Umsetzung der ROBINSON-Standards im Hinblick auf Qualität, Angebot, Food-Raster, Präsentation

* Umsetzung des WellFood- Konzepts

* Verantwortung für den guten Zustand des eigenen Arbeitsplatztes und Materials

* sachmäßige Lagerung rücklaufender Produkte und Sicherstellung des Nachschubs

* Erstellung und Überprüfung einer korrekten internen Warenforderung für den Tagesbedarf

* Umsetzung des HACCP-Richtlinien in der eigenen Partie und Dokumentation

* Umsetzung der hygienischen Bestimmungen in der Küche

* Mithilfe bei der Einweisung von Kochpaten am Buffet und Kontrolle der Kochpaten

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von F&B Extraaktionen

* Mithilfe bei der Kontrolle, Produktion und Ausgabe von Speisen am Buffet

* Teilnahme an täglichen operativen Briefings

* Integration in das Gesamtteam durch Kooperation und Mitarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

* Wahrnehmen von Gastgeberaufgaben zur Unterstützung der ROBINSON Clubatmosphäre
