DEINE ROLLE

* Produktion und Zubereitung hochwertiger à-la-carte-Gerichte (Frühstück, Mittag & Abend) und Buffets für unsere Seminargäste - geschmacklich wie optisch auf hohem Niveau!

* Selbständige Durchführung der mise-en-place-Arbeiten

* Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen - Nachhaltigkeit ist für uns selbstverständlich

* Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts-, gesetzlichen sowie internen Unternehmensstandards

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossene Lehre zum Koch oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung

* Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Hohes Maß an Kreativität und Spaß am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Flexibilität

* Ruhiges und konzentriertes Arbeiten - auch wenn es mal stressig wird

* Problemlose Kommunikation in Deutsch
