Was machen Sie in diesem Winter? Wir gehen mit unserem Severins - The Alpine Retreat in Lech am Arlberg in die neunte Saison und möchten Sie gerne mit auf die Reise nehmen! Wir suchen ab dem 1. Dezember 2026 befristet bis zum 22. April 2027 einen Commis de Cuisine (w/m/d). Es besteht die Möglichkeit der unbefristeten Übernahme in die Hotelgruppe. Was erwartet Sie? Postenübergreifender Einsatz Verarbeitung frischer und regionaler Zutaten Zubreitung des täglichen "Mise en Place" Einhaltung der Hygienestandards nach HACCP Was wir uns wünschen? Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder Berufserfahrung Affinität im Umgang mit hochwertigen Lebensmitteln Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Kreativität Wertschätzendes und kollegiales Miteinander Warum eigentlich das Severins - The Alpine Retreat?
