Damit das so bleibt, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem 1 Commis de Partie (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung von Gerichten auf hohem Qualitätsniveau

* Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung neuer Menüs sowie saisonaler Angebote

* Aktive Mitarbeit auf dem zugewiesenen Küchenposten unter Anleitung des Chef de Partie

* Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß HACCP-Standards

* Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln für den À-la-carte-Bereich

* Ordnungsgemäße Lagerhaltung sowie sorgfältiger Umgang mit Küchenutensilien und -geräten

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Motivation und Leidenschaft für die Gastronomie

* Saubere, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Grundkenntnisse der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit in der Küche

Unser Angebot:

GEHALT: Ab € 2.200,- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. (Wir sehen jedoch den Wert deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung und vereinbaren dein Gehalt selbstverständlich individuell und persönlich)

DIENSTORT: Grieskai 4-8, 8010 Graz

ARBEITSZEIT: 5-Tage-Woche, Sonntage sind deine fixen Ruhetage
