Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Outlet Constanze suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n und hochmotivierte/n Kollegen/in in folgender Position: 1 Commis de Rang für unsere Constanze (all genders) Das vertrauen wir dir an:

* Herzliche Begrüßung aller Hotel- und Café-Gäste im Eingangsbereich des Hotels

* Zubereitung hochwertiger Kaffeespezialitäten, Kaltgetränke sowie Signatur Drinks

* Aktive Ansprache und Betreuung von Gästen

* Verantwortung für den täglichen Betrieb des Outlets Constanze

* Persönliche Empfehlungen zu Kaffee, Tee, Patisserie und Signature-Angeboten geben

* Sicherstellen, dass sich Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen

Das bringst du mit:

* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Service, idealerweise in einem Hotel- oder Gastronomieumfeld

* Leidenschaft für Kaffee und ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse über Kaffeesorten und Zubereitungsmethoden

* Hervorragende Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten

* Bereitschaft, flexible Arbeitszeiten einschließlich Wochenenden und Feiertage zu arbeiten

Der kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestbruttolohn für diese Position liegt bei € 2.263,-.

Tatsächlich wird für diese Position ein höherer, marktkonformer Lohn bezahlt und richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen.
