* Du liebst die Berge,... 1 Commis de rang (m./w.) oder Servierer/in * Aufmerksamer Service am Gast ( Getränkeservice, Speiseservice) * Beratung unserer Gäste hinsichtlich Getränke & Speisen * Mithilfe im Küchenbereich * Tägliche Auffüllung der Bar * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Chef de Bar, dem Chef de Rang & der Küche für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Fachkompetenz

* Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien und sicherer Umgang mit Hygienestandards * Fließend Deutsch & gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Soziale Kompetenz

Deine Mission bei uns

* First Class Host: Vom herzlichen "Grias di" beim Frühstück bis zum Service am Abend - du sorgst dafür, dass unsere internationalen Gäste sich wie bei Freunden fühlen. * Genuss-Berater_in: Du berätst unsere Gäste aufmerksam bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken. * Team-Support: Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit dem Chef de Rang, dem Chef de Bar und der Küche, damit alles reibungslos läuft. * Allround-Talent: Du unterstützt tatkräftig im Küchenbereich und sorgst dafür, dass die Bar täglich perfekt aufgefüllt ist. * Vibe-Manager_in: Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und sorgst dafür, dass die Lodge-Vibes für jeden Gast spürbar sind.

* Leidenschaft: Du brennst für die Gastronomie und bringst ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie echtes Gastgebertum mit. * Erste Erfahrungen: Du hast bereits erste Luft in der Gastronomie geschnuppert und möchtest dein Wissen nun in einem modernen Umfeld vertiefen. * Macher-Mentalität: "Geht nicht" gibt's bei dir nicht - du bleibst cool und flexibel, auch wenn es im Service mal turbulent zugeht. * Kommunikationstalent: Dein Deutsch und Englisch sitzen - und dein Lächeln ist deine beste Sprache. Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild ist für dich selbstverständlich. * Teamgeist: Du bist hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und ein echte_r Teamplayer_in. * Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Kassensystemen und kennst die HACCP-Richtlinien.
