Wir suchen für die kommende Sommersaison und auch gerne länger nach Verstärkung in unserem Serviceteam.

DAS BIETEN WIR DIR:

* 5 oder 6 Tage Woche (je nach Vereinbarung), 8 Std. / Tag

* Bezahlung ÜBER Kollektiv je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

Gehalt:

Für die Position als Commis de Rang (w_m_d) bieten wir eine Bezahlung über Kollektiv (abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung). Längere Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Saisonen erwünscht.

"PINZGAU - BONUS": du wohnst in der Umgebung und benötigst kein Mitarbeiterzimmer? Dann erhältst du von uns zusätzlich € 200,- monatlich als Fahrtenpauschale.

ZU DEINEN AUFGABEN ZÄHLT:

* morgens beim Frühstück: die Tische der Gäste abräumen und sauber machen

Tischwäsche wechseln und für den Abend vorbereiten und aufdecken.

Anschließend wird der Boden gesaugt und gewischt.

Wöchentlich kommen Aufgaben wie Staubwischen, Menagen befüllen, etc. dazu

* im Sommer bieten wir unseren Gästen "All Inclusive" an:

Getränke werden von den Gästen selber an der Zapfstation geholt

deine Aufgabe ist es, die benutzten Gläser von den Tischen abzuräumen

* Besteck polieren, Servietten falten, Gläser spülen

* Aufbau des Abendbuffets: Salat, Vorspeise, Suppe und Dessert

(Gemeinsam mit unserem Küchenteam)

* am Abend erwartet unsere Gäste ein 5-Gang Wahlmenü,

wobei "nur" das Hauptgericht von unseren Servicemitarbeitern serviert wird.

Alle anderen Gänge stehen am Buffet bereit und werden von den Gästen selber geholt

(Wöchentlich gibt es Themenabende wie: Grillabend, Italienisches Buffet, Bauernbuffet, etc. - hier werden alle Gerichte am Buffet aufgebaut)

* Abendservice von 18:00 - 20:30 Uhr, Hauptgerichte servieren, abservieren

anschließend Tische sauber machen und für Frühstückservice umdecken

* Frühstücksbuffet aufbauen und vorbereiten
