Atrive Woonstichting Land van Altena vacature Woonstichting Land van Altena zoekt een commissaris op voordracht van de huurders en met het specifieke kwaliteitsprofiel Wonen Woonstichting Land van Altena Met ruim 950 woningen in Nieuwendijk, Almkerk, Uitwijk, Uppel en Waardhuizen zijn we een kleine woningcorporatie, stevig geworteld in de gemeente Altena. Als maatschappelijke 'ondernemer' streven we ernaar om onze huurders een passend en duurzaam (t)huis te bieden. We verhuren, onderhouden, verduurzamen en bouwen woningen vanuit onze kennis van de woningmarkt én onze huurders. Daarbij kijken we verder dan de woning alleen. Een duurzaam thuis gaat voor ons ook over betaalbaarheid, prettig wonen en leefbare kernen. We hebben geen vaste huurdersorganisatie en werken daarom in co-creatie met een brede en diverse groep huurders, die we afhankelijk van het onderwerp betrekken via onder meer themabijeenkomsten, huurderspanels en klankbordgroepen. Profielschets Een warm hart voor huurders Voor onze RvC zoeken we een toezichthouder die wordt benoemd op voordracht van de huurders. Je hebt kennis van huurdersbelangen, weet wat er speelt in de sector en hebt oog voor de verschillende doelgroepen van Woonstichting Land van Altena (LvA). Je brengt het huurdersperspectief actief in en beoordeelt of de positie van huurders voldoende is geborgd. Je onderhoudt een open en op vertrouwen gebaseerde relatie met onze doelgroep, zonder aan hen verantwoording verschuldigd te zijn. Als commissaris houd je integraal toezicht en weeg je verschillende belangen zorgvuldig af. Wonen als kennisveld Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met volkshuisvesting en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling en een duidelijke visie op de maatschappelijke rol van woningcorporaties. Je begrijpt vanuit het domein wonen wat ontwikkelingen rond beschikbaarheid, betaalbaarheid, leefbaarheid, verduurzaming en zorg betekenen voor LvA en haar huurders.
