Als lid van de RvC houdt u integraal toezicht op het beleid van de bestuurder en op de algemene gang van zaken binnen de organisatie. U toetst de besluitvorming, geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies en fungeert als onafhankelijk klankbord voor de bestuurder. Binnen de Raad van Commissarissen zoeken wij specifiek versterking op het gebied van financiën, bedrijfsvoering en risicobeheersing. U weet financiële informatie te doorgronden en te vertalen naar heldere aandachtspunten voor toezicht en besluitvorming. Daarbij houdt u oog voor de maatschappelijke opdracht van Villa Attent en voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de ouderenzorg. Profiel • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een financiële, bedrijfseconomische, accountancy- of vergelijkbare achtergrond. • Aantoonbare ervaring met financiën, bedrijfsvoering, control, accountancy en/of financieel management. • In staat om begrotingen, jaarrekeningen, financiële rapportages, investeringsvoorstellen en risicoanalyses kritisch te beoordelen. • Kennis van governance en de rol en verantwoordelijkheden van een Raad van Commissarissen. • Affiniteit met de VVT-sector en de ontwikkelingen binnen de ouderenzorg; ervaring in de zorgsector is een pré. • Onafhankelijk, integer en analytisch, met het vermogen om kritisch te bevragen ...
