Voor de Raad van Commissarissen van Woonpartners in Helmond zijn wij op voordracht van de huurders op zoek naar eenverbindend en ervaren toezichthouder met hart voor huurders en kennis van volkshuisvesting Voor Woonpartners in Helmond zoeken we op voordracht van de huurders een onafhankelijke en maatschappelijk betrokken huurderscommissaris. Een commissaris die, vanuit het vertrouwen van de Huurders Belangen Stichting Woonpartners, het huurdersperspectief kritisch en constructief inbrengt in de raad en kan verbinden met de bredere volkshuisvestelijke, maatschappelijke en financiële opgave van Woonpartners. Je weet wat er onder huurders leeft, bent voor hen benaderbaar en onderhoudt ook informeel contact. Als commissaris ben je rolvast: je kent het perspectief van huurders grondig, zonder belangenbehartiger van individuele huurders te worden, en komt op basis van een zorgvuldige belangenafweging tot een zelfstandig oordeel. Voor dit profiel zoeken wij een kandidaat die: - Ervaring heeft met volkshuisvestelijke vraagstukken en/of in een toezichthoudende rol. - Bekend is met de regio en het werkgebied van Woonpartners. - Een achtergrond, ervaring of perspectief heeft dat de diversiteit van de raad versterkt. Wat je meebrengt - Onafhankelijk en rolvast : visie op volkshuisvesting en de (toekomstige) maatschappelijke rol van de corporatie, waarbij je het onderscheid kent tussen de rol van toezichthouder, bestuurder, huurdersorganisatie en belangenbehartiger. - Analytisch en strategisch vermogen : inzicht in de opgaven in het werkgebied (zoals leefbaarheid, kwetsbare doelgroepen en de samenhang tussen wonen, zorg en welzijn), academisch denk- en werkniveau en het vermogen om signalen vanuit de samenleving te vertalen naar strategische keuzes en financiële continuïteit. - Maatschappelijk en huurdersgericht : kennis van huurdersparticipatie, community building en netwerksamenwerking, en oog voor de verwachtingen van woningzoeke...
