Energie VanOns is een collectief van ruim 200 lokale energiecoöperaties. Samen vormen wij de enige landelijke non-profit energieleverancier! Dat houdt in dat wij werkelijk impact kunnen maken op de snelheid waarmee wij grip krijgen op onze eigen energievoorziening, de hoogte van de energierekening en de energietransitie. Hoe meer mensen met ons meedoen, hoe duurzamer Nederland en hoe stabieler onze energiekosten. Steeds meer mensen kiezen dan ook voor lokale energie, omdat het net zo eenvoudig werkt, maar écht iets bijdraagt. Om nog meer impact te kunnen maken, is Energie VanOns onlangs gefuseerd met om | nieuwe energie. Binnenkort zullen beide organisaties onder een naam verdergaan. Afhankelijk van waar wij onze topper in het ondersteunende vak vinden, zul je werkzaam zijn vanuit onze vestiging Groningen of Amsterdam. Wat doe je zoal bij Energie VanOns? Naast ondersteuning van het bestuur en RvC in de breedte, ondersteun je ook de voorzitter. Een toegankelijke man met veel inhoudelijke kennis én een goed gevoel voor humor, kan jouw hulp en ervaring goed gebruiken! Je richt zijn agenda zo efficiënt mogelijk in en helpt hem met het afhandelen van zijn e-mails. Regelmatig ben je aanwezig bij zijn interne en externe afspraken om actiepunten op te stellen en uit te zetten. Daarnaast houdt je je onder meer bezig met: • De planning, voorbereiding en het beheer van actiepunten bij de tweewekelijkse bestuursoverleggen • Het plannen, organiseren, voorbereiden en de verslaglegging van de overleggen van de Raad van Commissarissen (4 keer per jaar) en onze Algemene Vergadering (2 keer per jaar) • Het inventariseren en bijhouden van de kantoorvoorraad en lunchbestellingen • Je onderhoudt contact met externe facilitaire partijen • De organisatie van bijeenkomsten en uitjes voor het hele team Onze ideal...
