Wil je invloed uitoefenen op landelijk beleid, de lobby in Den Haag én de koers van Divosa? Dan zoeken wij jou! Binnen de vereniging Divosa werken we met actieve, richtinggevende commissies. Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar versterking in onze commissies bestaanszekerheid, WPA (werk, participatie en arbeidsmarkt) en DDD (dwars door domeinen). Wil je weten met welke onderwerpen deze commissies bezig zijn? Als commissielid vertegenwoordig je jouw collega's in het land en zorg je dat de stem van de uitvoering luid en duidelijk doorklinkt aan de landelijke tafels. Wat breng je mee? Om de commissies optimaal te balanceren, zoeken we momenteel een specifieke aanvulling op de huidige bezetting. Wij nodigen je nadrukkelijk uit om te reageren als jij jezelf herkent in het volgende profiel: - Je bent werkzaam als (concern)directeur of afdelingsmanager binnen het sociaal domein bij een gemeente. - Je brengt expertise of een sterke visie mee op het gebied van bestaanszekerheid, werk & participatie, óf je blinkt uit in integraal werken en uitvoeringsvraagstukken (dwars door domeinen). Daarnaast streven we naar een goede regionale spreiding, dus jouw lokale en regionale netwerk is mooi meegenomen. - De gemeente waar je werkt is lid van Divosa. Waarom kiezen voor een rol in een Divosa-commissie? Divosa is dé vereniging van de uitvoering. Vanuit deze rol stuur en agendeer je de belangenbehartiging en de lobby in Den Haag. Je neemt plaats aan tafel met een inspirerend netwerk van collega-beslissers in het sociaal domein. Samen scherpen jullie de visie en de koers van Divosa aan. We begrijpen dat je agenda vol is. De tijdsbesteding is daarom compact en effectief ingericht: - De commissies vergaderen 5 keer per jaar. - Duur: 1,5 uur per bijeenkomst. - Wanneer: altijd ...
