Commissielid Erfgoed Categorieën - < 24 uur - Uurtarief Sluitingsdatum: Zondag 11 oktober 2026 We zijn voor de komende drie jaar, op zoek naar een nieuw lid binnen de Gemeentelijke Adviescommissie Omgevingskwaliteit (GAO). Jij hebt deskundigheid op het gebied van erfgoed, gecombineerd met een brede interesse en kennis van architectuur- en cultuurhistorie. Jouw rol Als Commissielid Erfgoed zet je jouw kennis in bij de beoordeling van plannen. De subcommissie Erfgoed maakt deel uit van de Gemeentelijke Adviescommissie Omgevingskwaliteit (GAO). De GAO is een onafhankelijke commissie die gevraagd en ongevraagd advies uitbrengt aan burgemeester en wethouders. Dat advies betreft bouwplannen en gemeentelijk beleid op het vlak van ruimtelijke ordening. Deze subcommissie Erfgoed houdt zich bezig met de advisering op het gebied van de monumentenzorg. Hiervoor heb je zitting in zowel de 'grote' GAO als de subcommissie Erfgoed. Op de agenda van de GAO staan onder meer de grotere, complexe architectonische opgaven en stedenbouwkundige plannen die om een multidisciplinaire advisering vragen. De tijdsbesteding voor de GAO bedraagt 4 à 5 uur per bijeenkomst, inclusief voorbereidingstijd. Voor de subcommissie bedraagt dit gemiddeld 4 uur per bijeenkomst. Bij jouw rol horen deze taken: - Het voorbereiden van- en (actief) aanwezig zijn bij de vergaderingen (GAO ongeveer elke 2 weken, op maandagmiddag) afwisselend live en digitaal. De subcommissie Erfgoed op dinsdagmiddag eens per 2 weken in principe fysiek. - Je verdiepen in het Amersfoortse ruimtelijk kwaliteitsbeleid in brede zin, zoals de welstandscriteria opgenomen in de gemeentelijke Welstandsnota, als basis voor de advisering. Met wie werk je samen De GAO bestaat uit zeven leden, waaronder de stadsbouwmeester als voorzitter en een burgerlid. Daarnaast zijn in de GAO diverse relevante vakdisciplines vertegenwoordigd: architectuur, stedenbouw, landschap, restauratie en cultuurhistorie (erfgoed...
