Bij een industrieel automatiseringsbedrijf in Nijkerk werk je aan besturingen voor industriële en procesinstallaties, voornamelijk met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. Je begeleidt je eigen projecten van klantvraag en ontwerp tot testen en inbedrijfstelling, met passende begeleiding. Ongeveer 30% van je werk is internationaal: je stelt installaties in bedrijf en instrueert de eindgebruikers. Functie-inhoud - Vertalen van klantvragen naar functionele en technische ontwerpen - Ontwerpen van elektrotechnische schema’s en besturingssoftware - Programmeren van PLC’s, voornamelijk Siemens S7 en regelmatig Allen Bradley - Testen van machinebesturingen in de productiehal en oplossen van fouten - In bedrijf stellen van installaties bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland - Controleren van bekabeling, opstarten van installaties en optimaliseren van processen - Trainen en instrueren van medewerkers die de installatie bedienen Functie-eisen - Een MTS-, HTS- of TU-opleiding in industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek; ook zonder werkervaring kun je reageren - Kennis van Siemens TIA Portal en PLC-systemen; kennis van Allen Bradley is een pre - Affiniteit met procesautomatisering en ervaring met Office- en database-engineeringtools - Bereidheid om meerdere keren per jaar voor inbedrijfstellingen naar het buitenland te reizen - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands, Duits en Engels - Je woont in de omgeving van Nijkerk of bent bereid te verhuizen - Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en kunt zelfstandig projecten oppakken; ervaring met SCADA en EPLAN is een pre Aanbod - Een ruim marktconform basissalaris - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen - 12 ADV-dagen conform de cao - 8% vakantiegeld - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Metaal & Techniek - Eigen projectverantwoordelijkheid met passende begeleiding
