Commissioning engineer | Pharma Nijmegen 40 uur HBO Wat ga je doen? Kropman Contamination Control (KCC) is een zelfstandige business unit binnen Kropman. Wij ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden skid-gemonteerde systemen, cleanrooms, laboratoria en procesinstallaties voor de farmaceutische industrie, gezondheidszorg toepassingen, de micro-elektronische industrie (zoals ASML) en de voedingsmiddelen industrie. Afhankelijk van de vereisten van een project bieden wij oplossingen voor elke projectfase. Van conceptuele, basis- en detailengineering tot projectmanagement, constructie en inbedrijfstelling, evenals kalibratie-, validatie- en onderhoudsdiensten. Je komt in een team van 60 collega's waar jong en oud van elkaar leren en samenwerken. Je gaat aan de slag met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Beoordelen van de uitgangspunten voor de techniek (URS) en commissioning/verificatie/validatie (VMP/VPP) ten behoeve van het ontwerpen en realiseren van technisch hoogwaardige projecten; - Uitwerken van commissioning-documentatie, inspecties en testen op basis van prestatie-eisen, regelgeving en integratie van verschillende disciplines; - Ondersteunen in het plannen en bewaken van de voortgang van commissioning en verificatie; - Bewaken en rapporteren van de voortgang van commissioning en verificatie; - Ontwikkelen van standaard procedures en planningen, zodat klanten een gefundeerd commissioning plan krijgen, met onderscheid tussen kritische en niet-kritische installaties; - Ondersteunen door toelichting, begeleiding en toezicht van projectbetrokkenen bij professionele uitvoering en documentatie.
