Als Commissioning Engineer stel je wereldwijd installaties voor de verwerking van organische reststromen in bedrijf. Je werkt bij een machinebouwer in Aalten aan onder meer drogers, pelletlijnen en biologische of chemische luchtwassers. Bij agrarische en industriële klanten zorg je voor de juiste afstelling, train je operators en draag je de installatie over. Functie-inhoud - Nieuwe installaties opstarten en optimaliseren aan de hand van de procesbeschrijving - Restpunten afwerken, I/O-checks uitvoeren en componenten aansluiten en instellen - Mechanische, elektrotechnische en licht softwarematige storingen oplossen en modificaties uitvoeren - De voortgang met de klant afstemmen en technische oplossingen met interne collega's bespreken - Operators trainen in de werking en bediening van de installatie - Procesbevindingen, voortgang en oplevering documenteren en rapportages bijwerken in het ERP-systeem - Servicewerkzaamheden uitvoeren en bevindingen overdragen aan Service en Aftersales Functie-eisen - Je bent bereid veel te reizen en voor projecten binnen en buiten Europa op locatie te werken - Je kunt mechanische, elektrotechnische en licht softwarematige werkzaamheden uitvoeren - Je monitort processen, stuurt bij en legt je bevindingen zorgvuldig vast - Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en werkt waar nodig zelf praktisch mee - Je houdt overzicht over de werkzaamheden en communiceert duidelijk met de klant - Je kunt technische kennis overbrengen aan operators Aanbod - Een fulltime functie met internationale commissioningprojecten - Afwisseling tussen ingebruikname, storingsdiagnose en servicewerk - Technische ondersteuning van collega's tijdens werkzaamheden op locatie - Ruimte voor eigen technische oplossingen binnen de procesdocumentatie - Reisplanning in overleg en ruimte om na een buitenlandse inzet bij te komen - Een collegiale werksfeer met korte samenwerking tussen binnen- en buitendienst
