Je test, stelt in bedrijf en valideert procesinstallaties voor de food- en petfoodindustrie bij een machinebouwer in de regio Oldenzaal. Het gaat om batch- en continusystemen voor onder meer sauzen, soepen en babyvoeding. Je werkt zowel in de werkplaats in Hengelo als op klantlocaties wereldwijd. Functie-inhoud - Assisteren bij I/O-checks van de elektrotechnische installatie - Procesparameters instellen voor instrumenten en regelaars - Procesonderdelen en complete installaties functioneel testen met de Automation Engineer - Installaties bij klanten in bedrijf stellen - Voortgang en afwijkingen tijdens commissioning rapporteren - Dagelijks de voortgang met de klant bespreken - Alle processtappen valideren op kwaliteit en capaciteit Functie-eisen - Hbo-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, chemische technologie of procestechniek, of een afgeronde mbo-/hbo-opleiding met enkele jaren vergelijkbare technische werkervaring - Bereid om 30–50% van je tijd in het buitenland te werken, gemiddeld twee weken per reis en maximaal drie weken - Kennis van PLC-techniek en SCADA is een pre; de installaties werken met Siemens en Allen-Bradley - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Rijbewijs B - Analytisch inzicht, overzicht over het productieproces en aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid - Klantgericht, gericht op samenwerken en bereid om waar nodig langer te werken en cursussen te volgen Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week op detavastbasis - Werken aan procesinstallaties voor de food- en petfoodindustrie - Internationale projecten op uiteenlopende klantlocaties in een schone werkomgeving - Een informeel team waarin collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan - Flexibiliteit en ruimte om mogelijkheden te bespreken - Een werkomgeving waarin feedback van commissioning engineers serieus wordt genomen
