Als Commissioning Engineer ben jij de technische specialist die ervoor zorgt dat complexe verpakkingssystemen perfect functioneren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in bedrijf stellen van geautomatiseerde machines bij klanten, waarbij je de volledige installatie begeleidt van oplevering tot en met de productiestart. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, collega's en leveranciers om technische uitdagingen op te lossen en systemen te optimaliseren. Jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn essentieel voor het succes van elk project. In deze functie krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen tot senior commissioning engineer of projectleider. Het bedrijf biedt concrete opleidingsmogelijkheden op het gebied van geavanceerde besturingstechniek, robotica en projectmanagement. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol waarin je complexere projecten leidt of een team van engineers aanstuurt. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Het in bedrijf stellen en testen van geautomatiseerde verpakkingssystemen bij klanten; - Het oplossen van technische storingen en het optimaliseren van machineprocessen; - Het programmeren en aanpassen van PLC-besturingen en robotsystemen; - Het uitvoeren van functionele testen en het valideren van systeemprestaties; - Het instrueren en trainen van operators en onderhoudspersoneel; - Het opstellen van technische documentatie en testrapportages; - Het signaleren van verbeterpunten en het adviseren over technische oplossingen; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en het bewaken van projectplanning.
