Bij een specialist in membraanfiltratiesystemen in Leeuwarden stel je installaties voor de voedingsmiddelen- en zuivelindustrie in bedrijf. Je test de werking op locatie bij klanten in Nederland en daarbuiten en controleert of systemen klaar zijn voor overdracht. Daarbij draait het om betrouwbare procesvoering en de beoogde prestaties van de installatie. De systemen worden ingezet voor het terugwinnen van waardevolle grondstoffen uit reststromen, waterhergebruik en het verlagen van energieverbruik in productieprocessen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je technisch onderzoek met het organiseren van de inbedrijfstelling. Je maakt testplannen, stemt benodigde middelen af en onderzoekt afwijkingen in de samenwerking tussen proces, instrumentatie en besturing. Je schakelt met het projectteam en de klant over voortgang, storingen en testresultaten. Zo verdiep je je in membraantechnologie en ontwikkel je je verder in het systematisch testen, analyseren en opleveren van procesinstallaties. Functie-inhoud - Membraanfiltratiesystemen in bedrijf stellen bij nationale en internationale klanten - Testen uitvoeren en controleren of installaties de beoogde prestaties leveren - Inbedrijfstellingsplannen opstellen met doelstellingen, planning en benodigde middelen - Technische storingen en procesafwijkingen analyseren en oplossen - De werking van instrumentatie, besturing en procesfuncties in samenhang controleren - Voortgang en testbevindingen rapporteren aan het projectteam en de klant Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of procestechniek - Ervaring met het testen of in bedrijf stellen van industriële installaties - Inzicht in procesbesturing, PLC/HMI-functionaliteit en meet- en regeltechniek - Technische schema’s kunnen lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Zelfstandig kunnen plannen en helder communiceren met klanten en projectteams - Bereidheid om voor inbedrijfstelling nationaal en internationaal te reizen Aanbod -..
