Bij een machinebouwer in Vaassen die machines en mallen voor de betonindustrie ontwikkelt, stel je machines en productielijnen in bedrijf. Je werkt bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland aan de mechanische opbouw, elektrische aansluitingen en PLC-besturingen, tot de installatie klaar is voor productie. Functie-inhoud - Je assembleert installaties op locatie en verzorgt de mechanische en elektrische aansluitingen. - Je configureert en test PLC-besturingen en stelt mechanische, elektrische en besturingssystemen af. - Je start machines en productielijnen op en stelt ze in bedrijf. - Je verhelpt storingen tijdens de opstartfase en voert technische aanpassingen door. - Je instrueert en traint operators en onderhoudspersoneel bij de klant. - Je rapporteert over voortgang, testresultaten en technische bevindingen. - Je werkt samen met engineering, service en projectmanagement aan de oplevering en verbeteringen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde. - Je hebt kennis van PLC-besturingen en industriële installaties. - Ervaring met machinebouw, installatie of commissioning is een pré. - Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt storingen analyseren en oplossen. - Je bent bereid internationaal te reizen. - Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega's. - Je werkt zelfstandig, bent flexibel en pakt praktisch werk zelf op.
