The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende machinebouwer in Venlo werk je als Commissioning Engineer aan het opbouwen, testen en in bedrijf stellen van machines en bijbehorende modules. Je combineert mechanische en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden met I/O-controles en functionele tests. Ongeveer 75% van je tijd werk je in Venlo, waar je installaties voorbereidt op de afname en verzending. De overige 25% installeer je machines bij eindgebruikers en ondersteun je hen op locatie, in Nederland en daarbuiten. In de dagelijkse praktijk lees je technische tekeningen, controleer je machinefuncties en ondersteun je de projectmanager tijdens Factory Acceptance Tests. Bij klanten toon je aan dat de installatie aan de specificaties voldoet en geef je uitleg over bediening en onderhoud. Je stemt reizen af met collega's en koppelt technische bevindingen terug aan projectmanagement en service. Met training en praktijkervaring verdiep je je kennis van mechatronica, machinewerking en storingsanalyse. Functie-inhoud - Machines en submodules assembleren en I/O- en functionele tests uitvoeren - Machines bedienen en de projectmanager ondersteunen tijdens Factory Acceptance Tests - Installaties demonteren volgens paklijsten en onderdelen verpakken voor transport - Machines bij klanten installeren, in bedrijf stellen en toetsen aan de vereiste specificaties - Klanten trainen in de bediening en het onderhoud van geleverde machines - Preventief en correctief onderhoud en montagewerkzaamheden bij klanten uitvoeren - Technische problemen en verbetervoorstellen terugkoppelen aan projectmanagement en service Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Je hebt ervaring met het lezen en toepassen van technische tekeningen - Je hebt kennis van mechatronica en een brede technische basis - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Je bent bereid circa 25% van je tijd te reizen, met intercontinentale re.
