Als Commissioning Engineer bouw en test je geautomatiseerde zaaglijnen en stel je deze bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland in bedrijf. Je werkt bij een machinebouwer in Waalwijk die buisverwerkingslijnen ontwikkelt voor stalen, RVS en aluminium profielen, met een focus op de automotive-industrie. Samen met mechanische en elektrische monteurs en software engineers begeleid je de lijn van opbouw tot overdracht. Functie-inhoud - Je organiseert en coördineert het bouwteam en rapporteert over voortgang, knelpunten en oplossingen. - Je bouwt zaaglijnen op, regelt ze in en test ze in de fabriek op de afgesproken technische specificaties. - Je lokaliseert en verhelpt storingen en keurt installatiedelen binnen je bevoegdheid. - Je demonteert geteste machines en maakt ze verzendklaar. - Je bouwt installaties bij klanten op, stelt ze af en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen voor een tijdige inbedrijfstelling. - Je onderhoudt het klantcontact tijdens de installatie en traint gebruikers in bediening en primair onderhoud. - Je stelt testverslagen, rapportages en opleveringsdocumenten op. Functie-eisen - Je hebt mbo+/hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. - Je hebt een technische opleidingsachtergrond, zoals MTS/HTS, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Elektronica. - Je hebt ervaring in een technische functie binnen de machinebouw. - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed; Duits is een pré. - Je bent bereid vier tot zes keer per jaar te reizen, met ongeveer twee weken verblijf per inbedrijfstelling. - Je werkt zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, communiceert gemakkelijk en neemt beslissingen in overleg met je team waar nodig.
