Je adviseert directie en management, ontwikkelt de integrale social mediastrategie en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere communicatie. Daarbij neem je de regie, verbind je communicatie met HR en recruitment en stuur je continu bij op basis van data, trends en ontwikkelingen. Strategie en positionering Je ontwikkelt en regisseert de online communicatie- en social mediastrategie voor zowel corporate communicatie als arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Je adviseert directie en management over positionering, reputatie, social media en employer branding en zorgt dat Evides intern en extern herkenbaar en relevant blijft. Employer branding Je bouwt samen met HR en recruitment aan een sterk werkgeversmerk dat past bij de maatschappelijke rol van Evides. Je vertaalt arbeidsmarktvraagstukken naar gerichte instroomcampagnes en verbetert de candidate journey, zodat de juiste doelgroepen Evides vinden en voor de organisatie kiezen. Je stuurt op de inzet en doorontwikkeling van kanalen zoals LinkedIn, Instagram, de corporate website en de werken-bij-site. Met kennis van content, paid social, SEO en GEO verbeter je de online vindbaarheid, het bereik, de betrokkenheid en de conversie.
