Je adviseert over uiteenlopende communicatievraagstukken en vertaalt beleid en projecten naar heldere en toegankelijke communicatie voor inwoners, ondernemers en andere stakeholders. - Adviseren van bestuur, projectleiders, beleidsmedewerkers en management over communicatieaanpak en -strategie. - Opstellen en uitvoeren van communicatieplannen. - Schrijven en redigeren van teksten voor onder meer de website, social media, nieuwsberichten en bewonersbrieven. - Coördineren van communicatiemiddelen en -campagnes. - Signaleren van communicatiekansen en inspelen op actuele ontwikkelingen. - Samenwerken met collega's binnen het communicatieteam en andere afdelingen. - Werken vanuit de methodiek: 'Communicatie met Aandacht'. - Woordvoering namens de organisatie over jouw communicatieprojecten. Thema's Je communiceert over verschillende thema's, waaronder: Financiën, Cultuur, Klimaatadapatie, Vastgoed, Economische Zaken, Buitengebied en Ruimtelijke Projecten. Werkwijze We werken volgens de Focus-methode van Renata Verloop: niet over alles communiceren, maar bewust kiezen voor onderwerpen die bestuurlijke prioriteit hebben en maatschappelijke impact maken. Je durft kritisch te kijken naar communicatieverzoeken, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt collega's focus aan te brengen.
