Ter versterking van ons domein Communicatie zijn we op zoek naar een junior communicatieadviseur die doorgroeit naar mediorniveau. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij communicatievragen en werkt mee aan communicatieplannen - Je leert hoe je een gedragsanalyse maakt, vertaalt die naar een strategie en werkt mee aan communicatieplannen - Je voert taken zelf uit en leunt waar nodig op je collega's of externe bureaus - Naarmate je groeit, neem je meer zelfstandig de regie over communicatievraagstukken, denk je proactief mee over kansen en draag je bij aan de samenhang tussen de deelprogramma's - Uiteindelijk adviseer je de teams niet alleen over wat er moet gebeuren maar ook waarom Binnen het team Communicatie & Gedrag werk je nauw samen met experts op het gebied van onlinecommunicatie, pers, stakeholdercommunicatie en contentproductie. Jij verbindt de disciplines en zorgt voor samenhang, creativiteit en resultaat. Welke talenten heb jij?
