Mobilis staat voor grote maatschappelijke uitdagingen. Duurzaamheid speelt een grote rol in onze projecten, dienstverlening en positionering. Tegelijkertijd werken we aan de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem dat impact gaat hebben op vrijwel alle medewerkers binnen onze organisatie. Voor deze twee strategische verandertrajecten zoeken wij een ervaren communicatieadviseur die onze collega's meeneemt in communicatie, activatie en verandering. Samen met collega's van duurzaamheid, communicatie, bedrijfsondersteuning en het ERP-projectteam breng je plannen in de praktijk en neem je onze collega's actief mee in de veranderingen. Duurzaamheid: - de duurzaamheidsstrategie (SLIM) vertalen naar concrete plannen, doelstellingen, KPI's en acties. - regie nemen op de implementatie van de duurzaamheidsstrategie binnen de organisatie. - sessies, werksessies en bijeenkomsten organiseren en begeleiden rondom duurzaamheid. - interne ambassadeurs activeren en ondersteunen. - afdelingen, projecten en specialisten verbinden om duurzaamheidsambities daadwerkelijk te realiseren. - kansen, ontwikkelingen en verbeterpunten signaleren op het gebied van duurzaamheid. - bijdragen aan een consistente en geloofwaardige interne en externe positionering van Mobilis op duurzaamheid.
