Je adviseert over en ontwikkelt gebiedsgerichte communicatie- en participatieaanpakken voor programma's zoals Toekomst voor ons Platteland, Agro & Food, de Landbouwvisie en PAS-melders. Taken - Stemmen van communicatiestrategieën af op programma's (o.a. Toekomst voor ons Platteland, Agro & Food). - Ontwikkelen van creatieve en effectieve manieren om inwoners, agrarische ondernemers en andere stakeholders te bereiken en te betrekken. - Opstellen van gebiedsgerichte communicatieplannen en meedenken bij participatieplannen. - Samenwerken met de omgevingsmanager om communicatie te laten bijdragen aan specifieke uitdagingen en kansen in regio's zoals Noordwest-Overijssel en Salland. - Snel schakelen, kritische vragen stellen en zorgen dat aanpakken helder en uitvoerbaar zijn. - Bijdragen aan het zichtbaar maken van gebiedsprocessen. - Ontwikkelen van middelen in afstemming met woordvoering en het mediateam. Een typische werkdag - Ochtendoverleg binnen het communicatiecluster Landelijk Gebied: afstemmen van lopende communicatie-uitdagingen en strategieën. - Werken aan een gebiedsgericht communicatie- en participatieplan met de omgevingsmanager voor regio-specifieke uitdagingen en kansen. - Overleg met collega's van partnerorganisaties over zichtbaarheid van gebiedsprocessen en betrokkenheid van agrariërs en inwoners. - Tactische acties: afstemming met het mediateam over campagnes en samenwerking met woordvoering voor persberichten. - Bijwerken van informatie op toekomstvooronsplatteland.nl en afsluitende afstemming met communicatiecollega's over lo...
