Vacature 22 december 2025 Communicatiemedewerker (medior/senior) The Rights Forum is op zoek naar een ervaren en strategisch ingestelde c ommunicatiemedewerker die bijdraagt aan het versterken van onze zichtbaarheid, impact en positionering in het maatschappelijke en politieke debat. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van onze externe communicatie, met een duidelijke focus op social media , publieksbereiken strategische framing van onze inhoudelijke analyses. Over The Rights Forum The Rights Forum is een onafhankelijke Nederlandse stichting die zich inzet voor een rechtvaardig Nederlands Palestina-beleid, gebaseerd op internationaal recht en mensenrechten. Wij leveren diepgaande analyses, volgen politieke besluitvorming en werken samen met maatschappelijke en politieke actoren om structurele verandering te bevorderen. De functie Als communicatiemedewerker speel je een centrale rol in het vertalen van onze inhoudelijke kennis naar toegankelijke, consistente en doelgerichte communicatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de campagne- en redactiemedewerkers, en draagt bij aan zowel dagelijkse communicatie als langere-termijn positionering. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de communicatiestrategie op social media - Vertalen van complexe politieke en juridische analyses naar heldere publiekscommunicatie - Ontwikkelen van contentformats en campagnes die maatschappelijke en politieke impact hebben - Monitoren van media, sociale netwerken en politieke ontwikkelingen, en hier strategisch op inspelen - Redigeren, schrijven en publiceren van content voor website, nieuwsbrieven en sociale kanalen. - Analyseren en evalueren van communicatie-inspanningen (bereik, betrokkenheid, impact) - Bewaken van consistentie in toon, framing en inhoudelijke lijn - Ondersteunen bij perscommunicatie en externe positionering van The Rights Forum Wie zoeken wij?
