Krimpen aan den IJssel is een ondernemende gemeente die graag vooruit denkt en doet. Met zo'n 180 medewerkers zorgen we voor een gemeente waar het fijn wonen, werken en leven is. Onze organisatie is continu in beweging. We zoeken naar nieuwe manieren van (samen)werken, gaan uit van zelforganisatie en zijn steeds meer gericht op resultaat in plaats van tijd. De organisatie is verdeeld in 25 thuisteams die gevormd zijn rondom inhoudelijke thema's. Opdracht Wij zoeken extra ondersteuning gezien de grote Duurzaamheidsambities waar voor we aan de lat staan. Jij maakt duurzame keuzes zichtbaar en begrijpelijk voor onze inwoners, organisatie en ondernemers. Je inspireert en activeert Krimpenaren om zelf aan de slag te gaan met duurzame initiatieven. Bijvoorbeeld door het opzetten van een campagne die fietsen stimuleert, een flyer over hittestress te maken of het up-to-date houden van ons zakelijk energieloket. Binnen Krimpen aan den IJssel werken we volop aan de thema's energie, klimaatadaptatie, biodiversiteit, duurzame mobiliteit, voedsel en de overgang naar een circulaire economie. Communicatie is daarbij cruciaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze duurzaamheidsboodschap helder, herkenbaar en activerend is.
