Bij NOSUCH On-Site zoeken we een ervaren communicatie- en veranderprofessional die helpt bij een complex verandertraject. Iemand die strategie ontwikkelt, stakeholders meeneemt én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je werkt namens NOSUCH voor een van onze klanten en bent vanaf het eerste moment een stevige gesprekspartner voor management, projectteams en medewerkers. Wat je doet De opdracht draait om een organisatiebrede verandering waarin processen, samenwerking en technologie samenkomen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers begrijpen waarom de verandering nodig is, wat deze voor hen betekent en hoe zij hierin worden meegenomen. Je ontwikkelt op zeer korte termijn een communicatie- en veranderaanpak die vertrouwen creëert en beweging op gang brengt. Je kunt denken aan: - Ontwikkelen van een communicatie- en veranderstrategie rondom organisatieveranderingen - Vertalen van complexe veranderingen naar een helder, eerlijk en menselijk verhaal - Adviseren van management en programmateams over communicatie, change en adoptie - Opstellen van stakeholderanalyses, communicatiemiddelen en activatieplannen - Begeleiden van pilots, implementaties en livegangen - Organiseren van sessies, bijeenkomsten en communicatie rondom veranderinitiatieven - Signaleren van weerstand en kansen voor betere adoptie - Zorgen voor verbinding tussen strategie, uitvoering en de dagelijkse praktijk Wat we zoeken - Een ervaren communicatie- of veranderprofessional - Ervaring met verandercommunicatie, change man...
