Senior PR & Communicatiespecialist & Team Lead We zoeken een senior PR- & communicatiespecialist die ook teamlead is: iemand die de functietitel eer aandoet, de leiding pakt, zelf de lat steeds hoger legt en nieuwsgierig is naar de toekomst. Share HAGENS PR groeit door. De vraagstukken worden groter, de klantrelaties interessanter en de lat hoger. Ons klantenbestand breidt zich uit en de daarbij behorende vraagstukken worden ook steeds complexer en strategischer. En daar zijn we blij mee. We werken voor opdrachtgevers als Spotify, ABN AMRO, Heineken, Substack, Van Gogh Museum, Omroep Zwart en diverse ministeries. We zoeken een senior PR- & communicatiespecialist die ook teamlead is. Iemand die toevoeging geeft aan de functietitel, iemand die echt de leiding pakt. Iemand die ook zelf de lat hoger legt. Iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar de toekomst. Dit alles kan alleen als je ook het overzicht houdt, de processen bewaakt en eindverantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het account. Dat vraagt om iemand die al heeft bewezen hoe dat werkt. Over jou - Je hebt ambitie en energie en kan goed functioneren in een team. Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in PR of communicatie, waarvan minimaal drie jaar aan bureauzijde en een deel in een leidinggevende rol. - Je hebt accounts geleid en weet wat dat betekent: niet meedenken aan de zijlijn, maar de regie voeren. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten op strategisch niveau. - Je ontwikkelt en presenteert strategische PR-plannen die aansluiten op de doelstellingen van opdrachtgevers. - Je hebt een netwerk van mediacontacten en influencers en weet dit effectief in te zetten. - Processen zijn voor jou geen bijzaak. Je houdt de administratie bij, stelt begrotingen op, bewaakt budgetten en hebt grip op de cijfers: wat er openstaat, wat de marge is en wat er gefactureerd moet worden. - Je denkt vanuit earned media.
