Pré Wonen zoekt een ervaren communicatiespecialist die complexe informatie toegankelijk maakt én helpt de projectcommunicatie slimmer en eenduidiger te organiseren. Organisatie- en afdelingsomschrijving Stichting Pré Wonen is een woningcorporatie met circa 16.000 woningen in Haarlem, Beverwijk, Bloemendaal, Heemstede en Zandvoort. Ze zijn een organisatie die mensgericht werkt en huurders een perspectief wil bieden. Vandaar de missie: "Pré Wonen stelt mensen in staat een fijn thuis te creëren zodat zij van daaruit kunnen meedoen in de maatschappij". Ze zorgen voor betaalbare huurwoningen voor huishoudens met een bescheiden inkomen. Daarnaast hebben zij specifiek aandacht voor de mensen die tussen wal en schip dreigen te vallen. Mensen naar wie niemand meer omkijkt, die door individualisering en vereenzaming geen contact meer hebben. Deze groep noemen ze de niet-zelfredzamen. Hun situatie beschouwen zij als een maatschappelijk probleem, dat ook op het gebied van wonen om een oplossing vraagt. Functie Over de opdracht Voor het team Communicatie zoeken we voor Pré Wonen tijdelijk een ervaren communicatiespecialist. Je ondersteunt verschillende vastgoedprojecten zoals nieuwbouw, renovatie en gebiedsontwikkeling. Daarnaast help je hen om de communicatie voor deze projecten verder te verbeteren en standaardiseren. Je werkt zelfstandig en schakelt veel met communicatiecollega's, projectleiders en andere betrokkenen.
