Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Met productievestigingen en medewerkers in verschillende landen is heldere communicatie essentieel. Daarom zoeken we een communicatiespecialist die medewerkers verbindt, verandering ondersteunt en mee bouwt aan een sterk werkgeversmerk.

Je krijgt een gevarieerde rol waarin strategie en uitvoering hand in hand gaan. Van interne communicatie en employer branding tot change management en bedrijfsreputatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat de juiste boodschap op het juiste moment bij de juiste doelgroep terechtkomt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt en realiseert communicatieplannen die aansluiten bij de internationale communicatiestrategie.
  • Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar duidelijke en inspirerende communicatie.
  • Je werkt interne communicatiecampagnes uit die medewerkers informeren, verbinden en motiveren.
  • Je ondersteunt communicatie rond verandertrajecten, leiderschap en belangrijke bedrijfsinitiatieven.
  • Je organiseert communicatie rond evenementen, projecten en mijlpalen.
  • Je analyseert de impact van communicatie en werkt verbeteringen uit.
  • Je creëert content voor onder meer intranet, sociale media, interne platformen en presentaties.
  • Je bewaakt de huisstijl, tone of voice en consistente merkcommunicatie.
  • Je ondersteunt employer branding, perscommunicatie en externe communicatie.
  • Je werkt samen met interne stakeholders, internationale teams en externe communicatiepartners.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in Communicatie, Marketing, Journalistiek, Bedrijfscommunicatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen corporate communicatie, interne communicatie, employer branding of change communicatie.
  • Je schrijft vlot en weet complexe informatie helder en aantrekkelijk te vertalen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met contentcreatie voor verschillende communicatiekanalen.
  • Je hebt oog voor branding, tone of voice en consistente communicatie.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en houdt meerdere projecten tegelijk onder controle.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en bouwt vlot relaties op.
  • Kennis van meerdere talen is een sterke troef.
