Deze functie biedt een combinatie van hands-on uitvoering en strategische betrokkenheid. Je krijgt de kans om communicatiestromen te verbeteren, recruitmentcampagnes te versterken en actief bij te dragen aan hoe de organisatie zich positioneert naar kandidaten en medewerkers.

Communications & Recruitment Coördinator - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een geïntegreerde recruitment- en communicatiestrategie, waarbij je campagnes opzet, employer branding versterkt en via gerichte acties de instroom van geschikte kandidaten verhoogt.
  • Je structureert en optimaliseert het intern communicatiebeleid door intranet, nieuwsbrieven en andere kanalen te beheren, en zorgt dat informatie consistent, duidelijk en tijdig de juiste doelgroepen bereikt.
  • Je coördineert uiteenlopende events en projecten, van jobbeurzen tot onboarding en internationale communicatie-initiatieven, en vertaalt resultaten naar inzichten en verbeteracties richting management.

Communications & Recruitment Coördinator - Profiel:

  • Je combineert een relevante hogere opleiding met ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit in rekrutering, selectie en/of corporate communicatie, en voelt je comfortabel in een veelzijdige rol.
  • Je beschikt over sterke copywriting- en presentatievaardigheden, en weet inhoud doelgericht en aantrekkelijk te vertalen naar verschillende doelgroepen en kanalen.
  • Je bouwt vlot relaties op dankzij sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en communiceert professioneel in Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met een praktische kennis van tools zoals M365 en creatieve software.
