Werken bij Transvisie Community Coördinator Ben jij een verbindende organisator met hart voor de transgender community? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Transvisie is een landelijke organisatie die zich inzet voor mensen met vragen rondom genderdiversiteit. We bieden ondersteuning, informatie en lotgenotencontact. Om onze groeiende organisatie nog beter te laten aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze achterban, zoeken wij een betrokken en gestructureerde Community Coördinator. Wat ga je doen? Als Community Coördinator ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en de ondersteunende schakel tussen Transvisie en de helft van onze contactgroepen. Deze groepen zijn essentieel voor het bieden van steun en herkenning aan mensen in hun genderproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de coördinatie met de organisatie soepel verloopt en dat vrijwilligers zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: · Het onderhouden van regelmatig contact met een deel van de contactgroep begeleiders. · Signaleren van knelpunten, vragen en behoeften vanuit de groepen en dit terugkoppelen binnen de organisatie. · Ondersteunen van vrijwilligers bij organisatorische en praktische zaken. · Bevorderen van samenwerking en kennisdeling tussen contactgroepen. · Werken aan de zichtbaarheid en samenhang binnen het contactgroepen-netwerk. Wie ben jij? · Je hebt affiniteit met de transgendergemeenschap en/of ervaring met vrijwilligerswerk in een maatschappelijke context. · Je bent communicatief sterk, laagdrempelig benaderbaar en goed in het bouwen van relaties. · Je werkt gestructureerd en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende groepen en belangen. · Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een teamspeler. · Ervaring met coördinatie of netwerkbeheer is een pré.
