kinderen verrijkt met pre-en probiotica. Van zachte huidverzorging tot dagelijkse verzorgingsproducten: we combineren wat goed is voor kinderen met wat goed is voor de planeet.

We zijn volop aan het groeien naar een sterk, datagedreven DTC-merk. Daarom zoeken we

een Community & Growth Marketeer die mee onze groei wil versnellen.

Jouw missie Meer mensen bereiken. Meer klanten creëren. Meer fans maken. Je bouwt mee aan onze community, versterkt onze merkbekendheid en zoekt voortdurend

naar nieuwe manieren om Oh, Baby! te laten groeien.

En belangrijk: je kijkt niet alleen naar likes en volgers, maar ook naar omzet.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Brand & Growth Je bedenkt campagnes en initiatieven die onze bekendheid, traffic, klanten en omzet doen groeien.
  • Content & Social Je zorgt voor content die ouders stopt met scrollen, inspireert én aanzet tot actie.
  • Community & Influencers Je bouwt een betrokken community van ouders uit en werkt samen met creators, influencers en ambassadeurs.
  • PR & Partnerships Je spot interessante samenwerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat Oh, Baby! op de juiste plaatsen zichtbaar wordt.
  • Performance Je werkt nauw samen met ons performance marketing agency, analyseert de resultaten en denkt actief mee over hoe we meer klanten en omzet kunnen genereren.
  • Growth experiments Je test nieuwe ideeën, kanalen en campagnes. Wat werkt? Opschalen. Wat niet werkt? Bijleren en opnieuw proberen.
  • energie krijgt van groei én resultaat
  • creatief én analytisch denkt
  • graag zelf dingen in handen neemt
  • social media en content écht begrijpt
  • nieuwsgierig is naar trends, AI en digitale marketing
  • vlot werkt met Microsoft Office, Excel, Shopify en Canva
  • een goede kennis heeft van Google Analytics (GA4) en de belangrijkste marketing- en
  • e-commerce KPI's begrijpt
  • voldoende vertrouwd is met Meta & Google Ads om resultaten te begrijpen en kritisch
  • te kunnen sparren met ons performance marketing agency
  • niet bang is om te experimenteren
  • graag samenwerkt met agencies, creators en partners
  • begrijpt dat marketing uiteindelijk ook business is
  • perfect Nederlands spreekt en schrijft en een goede kennis heeft van Engels en Frans
  • Je hebt 2-5 jaar ervaring in marketing, digital, growth, content, social media, influencer marketing of een gelijkaardige rol.
